Autobús Volvo B6 LE bus, 1996, Salo

Not MOT-inspected but running, an old Hyvinkää municipal bus.

Was intended to be converted into a motorhome, but the project was left unfinished.

Electrical work redone.

Engine in working condition.

Driver's seat stored inside.

Carrus stainless-steel bodywork, 9 m long. Electrical control panel removed and conversion work partly unfinished; reversing lights, upper running lights and registration-plate lights not yet connected.

Interior stripped except floor plywoods and some wall panels. In the last 2 years driven about 300 km for relocation.

Known faults:

Exhaust leaks.

Air leak on the rear axle.

Speedometer not working.

Fuel gauge gives unpredictable readings. Tank level about half.

Starts poorly after winter.

Collection by driving the vehicle away.

Defects:

Wear consistent with age and use.

Interior stripped/open, as shown in the pictures.
